Overall I am satisfied with the service provided. The price was almost $200 more than the estimate and the pick up date was two days late and required me to make some special accommodations. But I still feel like I got a good price and I now have my car! The car transport time exceeded my expectations (in a good way). My only regret is that Magic Carpet isn't transporting the rest of my household items (that's another story and I will review that company elsewhere). I received excellent customer service with Sue Garrison. I felt like my auto transport was a priority to her and she worked hard to make everything happen.

Yes, we booked a bit early and because of that we tried to get a lower amount but ultimately it is up to the carriers to decide the going rate of the day which turned out to be $145 more than that 1st estimate. Getting the lowest rate is the goal but sometimes we try a little too low as was with yours. I'm glad mostly all went well and hope all is well with your move. Thanks again, Sue
