This is nothing short of a really well run company, I had some trouble getting the funds to clear from Nebraska to Ca. This caused the first driver to cancel do to already other pick ups, I must say he did do his best to wait until it would have his other customers waiting for their vehicles. Not his fault at all. But before the next day had ended this co. had another service provider picking up my precious car on his own time after hours. Without a doubt because of Doug Whatford Ph.#360-853-2825 Ext.7050. This co. has a staff of trained professionals that know how to handle situations that arise, never did I not get a return call when I contacted Doug, but my email were returned as fast as possible usually within 15 minutes. My car was picked up handled with the best of care, in a rig that I must say was nothing short of spectacular. The driver had the rig built to his specs. It was looking good when it pulled up to my door, and the driver took time to converse with me and was nothing short of a pro. I am an old combat Marine from the 60s era and it is hard to please me, this company went way beyond that with their performance. We are talking about a 2003 ZO6 Chevy Corvette with less than 3,000 miles on it , one owner without a mark on it, I was sitting on needles and pins. When all said and done there was no reason to because I picked the best in the industry to do the job. Magic Carpet Auto Transport Co. Doug Whatford and the driver Mike, brought my dream car to me without a scratch or a hitch. No one is paying me or offering me anything to give this review, these people deserve it and more. Thanks for the service, this country needs more business pros like this. No hidden fees, no excuses just plain old great service. Dale Brooks SR.
