The overall service from Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very reliable. We had an issue with the actual transport company that was contracted through Magic Carpet, Jeff went above and beyond to try and help rectify the situation. We incurred some extra costs and Jeff made sure we were completely reimbursed . I would definitely use them again.
