The was my first time having a car shipped- went from Boston to San Francisco. I worked with Don Edwards who was really helpful in letting me know what I should expect. It was a little stressful not knowing when the car would be picked up but I trusted he would make it happen. It took a bit longer than expected to have the car picked up and then shipped out- about a day or two on each side. I got a call the day before it was supposed to be dropped off but it took two days after that to actually get here which was a little frustrating. Also make sure you recommend places the driver should pick the car up/drop off because they're not familiar with the area. All in all it worked out- easiest part was working with Don, toughest part was working with the driver to find a good time and place to pick up and drop off. Also my car was really dirty on the inside (drivers seat) as was the outside. But I suppose it's a dirty job driving cross country!
