Lori handled this from beginning to end. We were under pressure to move a nonoperational vehicle before closing on a house sale.She informed us every step of the way, which was great.
The vehicle was located on Bainbridge Island, which a lot of carriers refuse pickup, but Lori stayed with it until a carrier was located.

bad weather made pickup and delivery difficult, but pickup and dropoff were only a few hours late. The drivers were polite and funny.
