First time shipping an auto... I went with magic carpet per other reviews here...filled out the info online got a call from Sarah within minutes seeing if I wanted to schedule...at first I was thinking that they were pushy calling so fast..but I stated to sarah that I wasnt sure yet.. She was very gracious and unpressuring...

After recieving a few more quotes, some less, some more.. and some garanteeing a pick up time in 1-2 days etc....

I decided to go with magic Carpet as they offer a "no deposit till picked up policy". which I liked after reading so many horror stories of others not getting picked up after deposit.

Within no more than 20 minutes of hanging up the phone with sarah and ordering she called me back, said they have truck ready to pick up that night or day after... I was blown away it was so fast... none the less they picked up next day.

Of course also all though this process I received countless emails, pertaining to pick up status and deposit charge and etc etc etc.... estimated delivery etc...

5 days later got call from driver that they will show next morning 7am.. that was across country over memorial day weekend...!!!

the driver was within a two hour window from when they said they would arrive... Pulled down my street.. parked intentionally not to block any driveways.. and unloaded...

DID quick inspection of car, paid remainder of shipping fee and he was on his way.

Car was just as shipped minus needing a bath from its long uncovered journey.

Summary....

Would Highly Highly recommend using Magic Carpet! they have a well tuned system... Great communication, accessible people, friendly and deliver on every promiss..
