I couldn't be happier with this company. I originally signed up to get my transport through a company that the dealer recommended but after they took my money from me and didn't do anything for a week I started to research other companies. I contact Sue at Magic Carpet and she was fantastic. She gave me a reasonable quote, good estimate of when I could expect something to pick up my car and was always available to talk or respond to emails. I felt comfortable knowing that they only charge you once your car has been picked up because with the other company that took my money, I didn't really know what they were doing or see an incentive to move quickly. As soon as I signed up with Magic Carpet, Sue called me about 24-hours later and said she had a truck for me. The driver was great, he answered his phone and called me the night before he was going to deliver the car to arrange a meeting place. Be careful about how you select your transport company but when in doubt, use Magic Carpet.
