Poor Service

I gave them an order 10 days ago although I was told they only needed a few days. Primary contact had limited availability the last week due to family commitments, which I understand. However, no one ever followed through on the order...no response to calls or emails to primary contact or his boss who I was told to contact in his absence. They totally dropped the ball and now I cannot get the vehicle delivered on time at my daughter's college.

Jim, I am sorry we dropped the ball for you. That is not how we do business at Magic Carpet and I am truly sorry your experience was less than our best. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
