I had a really good experience with the person who I was dealing with over the phone. She handled the situation and gave me the lowest rate she could possibly find. Unfortunately, the transportation service was a different story. The communication between me and the driver was a bit lacking. Supposedly my vehicle should have Supposedly on a Wednesday but it did not arrive until the following evening. The driver had called me and said they were around the corner, but I was not home so I had a household look for the truck and they were nowhere to be found. The driver mistakenly thought he was at the right location with my vehicle even though he was reading out loud my vehicle and street address. His excuse was he called the wrong number and was actually hours away from my location. Overall, it was an okay experience for my first time. I would still have Magic Carpet Auto Transport handle my transportation if I have any in the future just hope I don't get the same driver as before.
