I recently shipped my car from NC to CA, using Magic Carpet to arrange the shipment. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. In particular, the agent I worked with made himself available by phone and email in the days leading up to the shipment and while the car was in transit. Having someone to contact at Magic Carpet throughout the shipment process was a huge plus for me. Highly recommended.
