Although there were big problems with the carrier (car didn't get loaded on a truck for 10 days), Magic Carpet rep Jeff was terrific. He went out of his way to make things right, even paying for a rental car for us while we waited for the car to be delivered. He was also great about follow-up, calling to let us know what was happening and even calling to make sure that the car got there in one piece. I'd use him again and recommend him highly. He could give many a lesson in customer service!

Even though I was not legally obligated to help out with the rental car, I felt it was the right thing to do. All the other stuff is just good customer service.
