Jeff Vigue w Magic Carpet Car Transport answered my questions honestly and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The pickup went smoothly though my Prius was picked up a day after I'd hoped BUT many companies wanted at least a 4 day window and my driver had only a 2 day window. The Driver was a good guy and honest. My car was delivered a day later than expected due to his transport breaking down. Not anything either of us could do about that situation. The price was fair and competitive. Actually my original quote was a bit higher than what I paid. Jeff matched a price from another carrier. I wanted to work with Jeff because we had a positive repoire over the phone initially and many of the other companies I spoke with either had rude phone reps or reps that didn't seem to be paying attention to my questions and/or concerns or were companies promising the moon but with terrible ratings on this site Transport Reviews.

My only complaint is when delivering my Prius, the driver met me at a location that was several freeway exits away from my home which was not as convenient as I'd hoped but it all worked out fine. One item I wasn't told which I'm sharing with those reading this revue was to leave at least 1/4 tank of gas in the car. I'd left the car with a bit less and my car came off the truck with zero gas in the tank so please remember to have 1/4 tank gas.

I would definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again. They booked my car on a transport quickly and for the low quoted price, the driver was honest and though it took a few extra days my car was delivered unharmed. No car carrier is perfect and the industry itself is rift with dishonesty in my opinion. Just knowing Jeff, my contact, cared enough to take time from his daughters wedding weekend to speak with me about my concerns meant alot. Knowing Jeff was available for me put my mind at ease. Jeff Vigue and Magic Carpet Auto Transport are a combination I'd work with again in the future.
