Doug was very helpful and made sure to address my concerns when the car ended up being late. Although I wasn't as happy with the actual transport company they linked me with, Magic Carpet itself was easy to use and I would use them again. There were no damages or issues with my car besides the delivery being later than expected and communication about the actual day it was being dropped off extremely vague.
