I was having a hard time getting our motorcycle and SUV picked up from DC and Bethesda to be transported to my new home in California. I had already left the state and the bike was at my sister in law's apartment parking lot, while the SUV parked at a residential street and was getting really nervous.

I had gotten a quote through a different company and for 3 weeks could not get anyone to pick up the vehicles so I decided to call Magic Carpet and spoke to Lori Heasley. She found someone to pick up the car within 5 days and someone to pick up the bike the same day that the quote went in. The drivers were very professional and were in touch with me about pick up time and delivery time and the vehicles arrived just as we left it, in perfect condition. Lori followed up with me to make sure the bike had been delivered and everything was ok. She is very professional I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet to anyone who needs to ship their vehicle.
