This was a military move for my family and I. We had used a different company on our first move and it was horrible. Magic Carpet was awesome! Their customer service was second to none. Driver was timely and very helpful with arranging a meeting place for pickup and delivery. Magic Carpet was in contact with us during shipping and made several follow up calls after delivery to ensure our satisfaction. Two months later, I realized I needed a different form of documentaion to submit to military finance and was helped immediately. I spoke to Brandon on the phone and he sent several emails and even followed those up with a phone call to ensure I had what was needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
