We had a very good experience with Magic Carpet. Don Edwards was thorough in explaining how the process worked and answered all our questions knowledgably. He was quick to reply to messages (but not obnoxious about it) and obviously cared about giving us a positive experience. We offered to pay a little more ($1400) than what we were quoted ($1290) so that the drivers would respond quickly since we are somewhat off the beaten path, and sure enough, we got a driver almost as soon as Don posted the offer. Our car was picked up and delivered promptly and without drama!
