After contacting several other companies, I chose Magic Carpet based on several conversations I had with Malia. I had a lot of questions and she patiently answered each one; some of them were quite specific and Malia did whatever she needed to do to get the answers for me. Malia decided that the original driver who picked up the job may not be reliable enough and without missing a beat she found another driver. The driver called along the way to let us know an estimated time of arrival and in fact showed up right on time XXXeven though I made a last minute change of drop-off locations. I would highly recommend Malia and Magic Carpet to anyone in need of transporting their vehicle.
