We were AGAIN pleased with Magic Carpet. Yes the car was picked up a day late (note that it was not technically late but we were told it would be picked up on Sunday or Monday and it was picked up on Tuesday) but that was within our window so it was fine. Our window was Sunday or Monday or Tuesday so this was acceptable.
And since it was delivered right on time, no problem. Car was cleaner than usual when we picked it up so that was a nice plus. Everything went very smoothly.
AND the driver accepted text messages from us and responded which was terrific so we always knew the status of the transport. He contacted us the day before arrival with the exact time that he would have the car to us and he nailed it. Very nicely done indeed.
