Martin, i apologize your experience with the carrier wasn't so great. There are times that there can be delays and that's why we always provide Estimated Pick Up and Delivery. However, i am not sure what the reasoning with particular carrier was, to why he couldn't be flexible on delivering the vehicle to you. I have left them a Voice mail to see what the reason could have been. But, there are times that because the carrier is already behind on delivery means he is behind with other vehicles as well and could have a upset customer that he is also trying to deliver to quickly as well. I know in some cases they have pressure from multiple customers about trying to work with exact time frames or dates that it can make it difficult to make them all 100% happy. So, he may have had another vehicle to deliver or pick up and also within your location to the next he could run into traffic delays or possible break down. There mission is always to get the vehicle delivered as soon as possible, so they can get on to the next route and set of vehicles. The quicker they go the more they make. Delays are not ideally for them. Again i apologize and i will be seeking into this a little more to see what the reasoning was for this particular carrier. I am happy to hear that you felt my services to you were Excellent. It was a pleasure assisting you and hope to hear from you again for another auto shipment.
