Doug Whatford and Magic Carpet Auto were an absolute nightmare to deal with. I recommend driving your car instead of using them because it will be much less of a headache. Doug told me the wrong pick up date and the wrong arrival date. Whenever I tried to contact him I was sent straight to his voice mail. On two separate occasions he told me that my car would be arriving the following day and on both of those occasions he was wrong. When I tried calling him to see what happened again I was sent to voice mail. The car finally arrived 3 days late at which point I realized tried to contact Doug about anything was a waste of time. After contacting Doug's supervisor numerous times I was told to stop calling Magic Carpet. Beware of this company and if for some reason you have to use them, don't expect to get your "deposit" back.

Michael, I'm sorry you had this experience, I work very hard to communicate as much as I can with my customers and I do appreciate the negative reviews as well as they remind me that I am not perfect, I wish I could control the carriers but I can' t.i tried to explain that once they pick up your vehicle, we try to communicate whats going on with you all the way to the end. I do know that this order was a month ago, and since then,I have stepped up the way I do things so that this does not happen again. we at Magic carpet are only the best because our customers make us that way. this kind of feed back is important to learn what we are doing wrong so that we may make the changes necessary to be the best.
