I was very skeptical about having my car shipped. I read all the warnings and the scams. I received several quotes, and e-mail, so I did my research and called my top 3 picks. I grilled Jeff on all the problems I read about transporting cars. I felt Jeff was very honest with me, and explained why some of the problems typically happen, and what to do to avoid them. I felt very comfortable dealing with Jeff, and selected him to work with. He was pleasant, patient, informative and helpful. He returned my calls promptly - even after his working hours! The first driver that could take the car wanted an additional $150 over the quoted price, but it was worth it, to pick the car up from the remote location that it was in. Unfortunately the driver's truck broke down and he was going to be delayed several days. We did not want to wait, so I called Jeff, and he arranged for a replacement driver pick up the car that very same day - and the driver delivered the car earlier than the original driver's delivery date. The car was in the same condition as it was when it was picked up - no damage was incurred. I will certainly contact Jeff again if I have any future auto transportation needs.
