Very good service with NO problems whatsoever!! The shipment arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. The actual cost was less than the quote! I at first picked Monarch Shipping because they were cheaper, that was a huge mistake! After numerous lies, them saying they needed considerably MORE money then still not getting it shipped I called Felicia B at Red Carpet. Wow things happened very quick, no excuses, no lies, no extra cost!! The next time I need an item shipped, I will only need to make 1 phone call, Red Carpet Shipping, and Felicia will take care of my needs promptly at a very fair price. Advice for those shopping for a shipper, don't take the cheapest quote because it won't happen for that price. They give you a cheap quote to "hook" you, then it won't happen. Next they will say they can get it done quickly for more money, now you are paying "top dollar" and it still won't happen as quick as it should. I wasted a week trying to save a few dollars, ended up losing my deposit to Monarch Shipping, and the only thing they delivered was LIES!! Thank you Felicia at Red Carpet for quick honest service!!
