I was shipping a car from Colorado Springs to Scottsdale. I wanted my car to ideally be picked up on Monday afternoon, but Doug suggested a Saturday pick up just to be safe. The driver ended up cancelling, and Doug was scrambling to find a new driver. I was a bit concerned that I was moving and had no other options to get my car back to AZ. Doug came through and the car was picked up on Monday afternoon right before I went to the airport, so the timing worked out perfectly. My car was delivered 48 hours later.

Doug was very available and communicated throughout the whole process. For such a top rated company, the quote he gave me was lower than many other competitors who had lower scores and bad ratings with the BBB. I have shipped a car in the past, so I had an idea of what to expect. I obtained multiple quotes and did lots of research on the carriers. I would definitely use Magic Carpet again.
