3rd time using magic carpet - Rod is OUTSTANDING!!!! I will ALWAYS USE MAGIC CARPET!!! I have never recieved such professional service, constant contact and updates, and genuine empathy about our concerns. The price quoted was lower than most, and I believe you get what you pay for, but with magic Carpet you get premium service at a fair price. The driver Jethro was also a joy to work with, and sincerely cared about how happy I was with his portion of the delivery process. I cannot thank Rod enough. His manager also kept up with my vehicle over the weekend, which was above and beyond the call of duty.
