After having tried 2 other brokers and not getting return calls, I contacted Magic Carpet. They ALWAYS returned my calls within 20 minutes or so, no matter how insignificant the question. That's what's called "customer service".

Although I had a requirement that my classic car be on the top tier of the open carrier, it took about a week to find one. That carrier wanted too much so I passed. I then let them know I was good with bottom tier and they immediately found a carrier that delivered my car within 6 days from Detroit to Orange County, CA.

Magic Carpet gave me a discount because of time elapsed. They are cordial, extremely responsive, and got the job done once I told them to forget the top tier of the open carrier.

Suggestion: While the vehicle arrived with NO damage, it had grease and oil droppings all over it. That is not Magic Carpet's fault, but mine. I suggest anyone transporting a vehicle on open carry insist it be on top - pay a few dollars more.
