Overall this was a good experience. The only small bumps had to do with communication with the driver and his company, but it was minor. I was supposed to get a call the day prior to pick up to confirm the time, but instead had a call two hours before on the morning of. I scrambled a little but otherwise it was ok, and a relief to check it off my list. Also the driver was nervous about bringing his carrier into Seattle, but being this is door-to-door service he hired a tow truck to deliver my car from Kent, WA. When he both picked up and dropped off my car he was polite and professional. Malia from Cascade Vehicle Shipping was very informative and shared more about the process than other potential shippers. The service was prompt and I received my car quickly. I was surprised by this as it went from FL to WA and there were major snow storms and bad weather throughout the country. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will definitely use Cascade Vehicle Shipping.
