I started out my auto transport journey with another company, put a deposit down on a transport deal, and after 9 days of not hearing anything, called the company to find out what the status was...
I was told that the person that originally took my order should have informed me that the destination location for the vehicle made it highly unlikely that anyone would pick it up (I live at the beach in the Outer Banks of North Carolina)...
At that point, I had inconvenienced the individual on the pickup end for 9 days completely unaware that basically I was wasting my time...
As a result, I cancelled my order with them and immediately placed an order with Magic Carpet Auto Transport...Kathy Ashlock took my order and worked with me to set things up to insure a quick pickup and delivery of my vehicle...everything fell into place and I received my car as planned...
The gentleman that delivered my vehicle did an outstanding job as well...
