I contacted Magic Carpet via internet - they responded immediately - my husband and I discussed their quote and others and began calling - Magic Carpet was the most responsive and helpful. Kathy Ashlock was available everytime we called, or if not, called back immediately afterwards. I have never been so impressed with service and I was with Magin Carpet. As soon as we said to them, yes we want you to transport our vehicle, they immediately responed and arranged for the vehicle to be picked-up that day, UNBELIEVEALBE, however, the first company they called could not perform to Kathy's satisfaction so she cancelled them and the very next day had another, extremely reliable and competent company "Formula One" on the job. They showed up on time to pick up the vehicle and even went above and beyond the call to get the vehicle (a small trailer) onto the transport. The drivers kept in contact with us and delivered the vehicle, ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I can't express enough, the professionalism, the courtesy and thoughtfulness of everyone involved (especiall Kathy) for the work and effort that was put into getting our trailer with our belongings home to us all the way from Boulder Colorado to Pinehurst, North Carolina. Thank you again, Magic Carpet Transport and Formula One.
