I was the go-between for a friend who had already left the car. The pick-up came well before the latest possible date for pick-up. They said it could be throughout the month of July and it came within the first few days.
Although the driver came later than he said he would, he called to confirm the time. He reviewed the car and wrote down only the damage noticeable to the car. He then loaded the car and nothing seemed to go wrong.
He was nice and polite and overall it was a good experience.

P.S. I didn't put a price because I don't know how much my friends paid for this.
