I was extremely nervous about having my vehicle shipped across country, we are military and have had extensive moving experience where items have been damaged and irreplaceable. From my initial contact with Crystal Warner, my anxiety passed quickly. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the shipping process, and answered my questions in depth. My vehicle arrived safely and I was kept informed throughout the whole process by the driver, who was also willing to work around my schedule to an extent which was wonderful for us. Magic Carpet Auto will continue to be my first choice for shipping my vehicle. Crystal has even been extremely thorough with the follow up process. Thank you, Crystal!!! : )
