To whom it may concern, First of all, Malia was great. She was/is very pleasent to work with. Her approch was friendly and professional. She was pataint and knew/knows her subject matter very well. I was surprised at the prompt responce I got from Magic carpet. I was told I may not get a car transport for 2-5 days...I had a transport within 30 min. of getting off the phone with Maila.
Nick ,was the transport driver...Nick is a talker...not a bad thing. He was good to work with. I felt confident that he would deliver my car as fast as possible and make sure my car was will looked after. Nick was very patient also...he took extra care in loading and unloading my car. He also waited for hours... I didn't expect him until Monday July 14th...he arrived on Sunday July 13th. @ about 8:00AM. It took me some time to get things together to receive the car.
