We had oririginally arranged for a different company to transport our SUV, but they flaked on us (and blamed it on us in the process), so we decided to use Magic Carpet. Our rep Stephnie was very helpful in arranging for pickup and delivery and keeping us apprised of developments. As we'd already moved to CA weeks ago, we had a friend handling logistics in South Bend and Stephnie kept in constant touch with her to make sure that the pickup went as smooth as possible. Our 4Runner arrived on schedule and we were very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend in the future.
