I housed this vehicle at my home for my cousin, Tom Black. It belonged to his daughter Margaret. The vehicle was here at my home from July 4th to the 23rd. It was originally to
be picked-up on the 14th. The first transport driver was an ass, wanting me to drive the vehicle
to a convienent location for him, some 60 miles away! His name was Michael. I refused as the agreement was to pick it up here where I live in Haines City, FL. He ended up hanging up on me and called me unco-operative. I have other words that better describe him! Crystal Warner was amazing in rescheduling another transport company at of course a later date. I found her great in working thru this. However, I feel Magic Carpet Auto Transport should do a much better job in pre-screening their transport drivers, this would have eliminated the time delay and frustration involved.
