Both Lynn & Ray were on time, polite, friendly, and professional. It was clearly stated by both of them that customer satisfaction is important, and it showed. For those of you considering transporting your car, just keep in mind that no matter what company you use, all the dates they tell you are tentative, so make that part of your plan so that if they are a day or two late/early, you will not be surprised. Not that I had that problem with mine, but looking from multiple reviews of multiple companies, it seems that people get angry that their car was one day late. Plan right and expect problems along the way, and have a plan B. Even if Magic Carpet was a day or two late (which they weren't), I'd still use their services again if I have to transport my car. The car arrived "dirty", but just typical dirt from driving from NC to Ca!! Nothing a simple car wash can't take care of. They all did a fantastic job.
