Still waiting

Well it has been one delay after another. I received an e-mail from Crystal Warner asking me to come to this website and rate the service that was provided... Well I am in-fact still waiting on the car to arrive. Yes, it is late and who knows when it will arrive? I have been told around the 4th or 5th of August. It was explained to me that the carrier had a personal family emergency and parked the car in his driveway for several days. It sat there collecting dust until someone else could go pick it up and get the ball rolling again. So all I can say is that I am still waiting for my car to arrive and it looks like it will be a week to 10 days late if and when it gets here.


Will I use the service again? No because clearly there is not a back-up plan in place to handle a family emergency. The company was in a reaction mode as this occurred and was not proactive enough to suit my standards of acceptable business practices.


Secondly I assume the standard acceptable practice is to just stop what you’re doing as the delivery driver and park the car there. The only way I could understand this type of behavior is if god forbid there was a death in the immediate family. (Spouse, Mom, Dad or a child) but you would be surprise at what some people pass off as a family emergency these days. It was not explained to me and I do not know what the company policy is on "Family emergencies" so I will not speculate on the issue. I just hope the car arrives without further delays.
