Very easy and FAST. MCAT answered any and all e-mail questions same day. Pick up schedule was prompt and dead on date/time. California contact was notified early and car was picked up by time stated and was transported early of schedule by 5 days which worked for me. Driver (Nickolay) kept in touch and notified me a day ahead of expected early delivery and delivered exactly when stated and placed it right where I wanted it. No damage and no issues. A 5 star move.
