Malia did a great job dealing with a tricky cross country move. She was very clear in explaining to me the process so that I understood how things worked, and answered all my questions. When it made sense to up the bid to get the car to move, Malia made the decision logical and easy - and I was glad to learn the brokerage fee didn't go up to match. When she did find the right truck - one that would deliver well ahead of my required delivery date - the rate was higher again, but Magic Carpet stuck by their last bid and ate the increased cost. I was very impressed (and ended up splitting the difference with them, since I thought that was fair).
