I am wirting because I want to PRAISE Magic Carpet Auto Transport. After having a HORRIFIC experience with a company called "A Eastern Connection" - I cancelled that arrangement and contacted Magic Carpet. I was treated with courtesy, professionalism, prompt response and quick delivery of my car. Crystal was wonderful. Pete (the fellow who picked up car up) was polite and efficient. Eddie (the fellow who drove the truck across country and delivered the car) was delightful!!!
My experience with shipping my car with Magic Carpet was the polar OPPOSITE to my experience with "A Eastern Connection". Magic Carpet communicated and followed through. There is nothing more excellent I could say than that. Once I knew my car had been picked up by Magic Carpet, I relaxed knowing I was dealing with a reputable company. This company should be ranked #1 at the top of all reviews!!!
I would very much welcome a response from someone looking for a car transport company. I could tell you which company to deal with (Magic Carpet Car Transport) and which company to avoid like the PLAGUE ("A Eastern Connection") - Eastern Connection asked for 50% of the fee prior to service so they owe me $450 of my money back!! Magic Carpet asked for a very small deposit and I paid cash upon receiving the car. Such a good way to do business and SO appreciated by the customer.
