This was the first time I've shipped a car so I was hesitent about how the experience would go. I decided on magic carpet after for two reasons - their great reviews online and the fact that their initial quote matched the quote they gave me when I called to schedule the pickup. From the start, Kathy was great at explaining how the process worked and everything that would be involved in shipping the vehicle from Arizona. She became exceptional when the seller of the car became nervous and wanted to delay shipping while we worked through a minor problem at the bank. Kathy was in contstant communication with me and the trucker throughout the entire process and they we're a big support in getting the car shipped on time - even though the seller wasn't able to release the car until the last minute when we finally got the documentation from the bank. The car left Arizona on time and arrived 2 days early! In addition, I requested an open shipment but the car arrived in an enclosed truck because that’s what the trucking company had available! Sheila Poll was the trucker - she and her husband were great to work with. Very professional, went over the car thoroughly when it arrived and just in general were great to do business with. I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet if you need to ship a vehicle - it was truly a great experience with great customer service!
