I had a good experience with Magic Carpet. I had a definite 6-day window for pickup, and that was met. The driver was courteous and professional, and picked up and delivered almost door-to-door (with low wires preventing him from coming all the way). Magic carpet rep Malia was very courteous and responsive and followed up (and requested that I post a review, which I'm happy to do).
