Kathy was helpful finding another truck when our contact could not have the car picked up on the original date, the driver was very friendly and informed us about when he would arrive and arrived exactly as he said.
The only thing I was puzzled about was that Magic Carpet charged me $5 more than what we agreed on when I placed the order.
Overall, the service was excellent and I appreciate Kathy's help in solving the problem at the place of origin and finding another driver.
Would certainly recommend, they are reliable.
