Very happy with the service and follow up done by Crystal right from getting me a quote and scheduling the pickup. I was informed about the vehicle pickup within the 2 hours from placing the order. Kudos to the driver too !!!! The initial time estimate for delivering the vehicle was 7 days and the driver could deliver in 5 days as promised.
The vehicle was dirty as it travelled nearly 2400 miles which is acceptable. The driver was considerate in waiting for nearly 60mins for us to pickup the vehicle in New Jersey.
I would recommend Magic Carpet for shipping the vehicle.
