Malia was very responsive and helpful, I had no surprises before, during or after my transport. She made sure I understood the contact fully before agreeing to it. I had researched many auto transport companies and read an article which said to select a company which didn't provide the highest OR lowest price, Magic Carpet was right in the middle. Malia ensured my car would be picked up the date I needed it, followed up with me once it left and confirmed delivery once it arrived.
