Prior to contacting Magic Carpet I had reached out to three other carriers to inquire about their transportation services for a vehicle that we were in negotiations to purchase. Two of the carriers represented themselves as the transporters in their advertisements but after posing questions learned that they broker out a fair percentage of their transports, contradicting their advertisement representations.

I contacted Magic Carpet and was assigned Stephanie as my company contact person. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable and her responses to my many questions provided me with comfort for the transport of a 23 year old quasi race car. Certain of the parts on the car were quite fragile and Stephanie took the time to provide detail instructions to the shipper as to the handling of the vehicle.

The transporter Magic Carpet utilized for our delivery was quite accomodative to the sellers schedule and picked up the vehicle at a different place than was originally scheduled. The car was picked up on the Friday after Thanksgiving and was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday. We were surprised to here from the carrier that he could make delivery on Sunday evening! We happily accepted delivery of our new purchase and were pleased that our handling instructions were followed and received the car in the same condition as it was picked up in.

Should we need transport services in the future we would not hesitate to contact Magic Carpet based upon our initial transaction.
