Kelley Forgot to mention that they signed for the car before complaining about any damages.... Secondly we have hundreds and hundreds of reviews that talk about how customer oriented we are and totally disagree with his view. Thirdly, The part about not having the cash for the driver is just not true.... We tell every client that the trucks ONLY take cash or Postal Money Order, in addition it's on our web sites.
I apologize if this client seems he was not treated right however the cars were delivered even ahead of schedule. As far as the $40 dollars goes, well I am still at a loss to find where that came from. We do offer a $25 discount if a client books on line but don't offer discounts for deciding to use our company on any given day.
