We choose Magic Carpet even though we had received a lower quote from another company. The quote was for $675.00 to bring a Honda Odessy from Florida to New York. They gave us a $25 online discount to make it $650.00. We liked the idea of only one contact person, which was Stephnie Hamilton. Stephnie notified me when a carrier had been found, but that the carrier wanted more money. She mentioned Magic Carpet would split the difference with us. I stressed that we already had an agreed upon price so, although I appreciated the offer to absorb some of the cost I hoped they would find someone to do it at our quoted price. Within one day, she was able to.
I ran into a snag with the decided pick-up day. When I called because of the snag on my end, our personal contact, Stephnie Hamilton, was not into the office yet; however, the woman that answered the phone helped out right away, and was able to accomodate with no hassle at all. Our vehicle was actually delivered two days earlier than promised even after I pushed the pickup a day later.
The transport they used was JR's Transport. They were very professional and prompt and delivered without incident.
