Magic Carpet Auto Transporters is Synonymous with Excellent Service

Before I even begin to rave about the wonderful service I received with Magic Carpet Auto Transport and their customer service representative Crystal Warner, you must know that I am a constant worrier. My daughter is moving to Tacoma Washington on 1/6/2009 and it was imperative that her car be there by that time. Since my daughter is flying in to Tacoma, we had to have her car transported since I, the constant worrier, would not let her drive from Alabama to Washington.

I went to Transport Reviews and saw that Magic Carpet had wonderful feedback and I saw a lady's name listed in the feedback as a very helpful rep. Her name was Crystal Warner. I called Magic Carpet and asked to speak to Crystal. I asked Crystal 1000 questions and I'm sure I was running her crazy, but she was very courteous and helped ease my mind about transporting my daughter's Honda Accord almost 3000 miles away. I had received other offers from other transporters being even as much as $200 cheaper, but I was reluctant to use anyone that had less than a 5-star review history.

If my daughter decides to move home one day, I'll be using Magic Carpet to transport from Washington back to Alabama as well.
