The car was picked up late due to snowing weather and horrible road condition, but beside that, the promised delivery date and time were on the spot. As the driver was promptly kept in touch with me about my car's whereabout.
The first trucking company Magic Carpet initially had set up for me was horrible; this is NOT MAGIC CARPET's fault but the trucking company's; they wanted me to drive my car to a hub which was 45 mins away from where I live in the snow and leave my car there over unknown amount of nights until the next available driver can go pick up my car. Right away, I updated my agent, Crystal, regarding my situation; and quickly she cancelled the agreement with the trucking company and found me another one the very next day. As soon as she heard what i was going through, she told me that this does not "fly" with her nor with the company. With her determination and motivation, I felt secured that my car would be picked up prior my departure.
I know there are many of you out do not know which company to pick or to choose, but look no further, definitely give Margic Auto Transport a try.
I would definitely use this company again for my next auto transport.
