Robert isn't telling the truth. He is correct; he paid us for two vehicles and then changed his mind about shipping one of them at the last minute. We issued a refund and DID NOT charge him a cancellation fee.
Every month since he was issued a refund he has sent our company an invoice for holding his refund for 90 days.
We are not LEGALLY obligated to pay this client anything, legally we could have charged him a $75 dollar cancel info and even with all of the inconveniences this client caused us we still didn't charge him any thing.
Apparently the client found TR 2 years later and is still angry. We feel like we are square with this client.
