After seeing the good reviews, I called and spoke to Kathy who gave me "I thought" a great price for the 4 vehicles. We had 3 SUV"s and a Ford truck being transferred from California to New York. After 5 days of nothing and Kathy did not return my call. I finally called back and tried to find out why my vehicles were not being picked. Apparently she priced me too low and the truck carriers would have never picked up the vehicles at that price and for that long of a trip. She advised me to put more money down,....which I would have done in the first place if I knew my vehicles would be picked up faster. But she did not quote me right. I felt like I was in a bidding war. After a first discussion about the price with her she got furious and said she did not want my business and wanted to close my order. I couldn't believe she was turning away business. She hung up on me in the middle of a discussion . And later called back to ask what I wanted to do with my order? I asked her why she would even call back after she clearly hung up on me. She tried to tell me that she put me on hold,.....I was clearly hung up on. After a minute of arguing with her she hung up on me a second time! I could not believe how I was treated and how she low balled the quote just to get my business. Later, expecting me to pay more and wait. I would never recommend this Company to anyone. I have moved many times and this was the rudest lady I had ever spoken to. It didn't help she hung up on me twice and refused my business. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Like all of our clients we didn't take any of Norma’s money, we simply started the process of looking for a carrier. With such an odd load and with the glut of available loads in the West we hadn't had any luck after five days. When Norma called and asked about it moving faster we told her that it normally could take up to 10 days however if she added more to her load it COULD perhaps get picked up faster. Kathy Did put Norma on hold but the on hold music and info wasn't working and it appeared to Norma after a couple of minutes that she'd been hung up on. The reps are trained to put the client on hold momentarily if a conversation gets to heated or unprofessional so that cooler heads might prevail. We feel confident that if we'd been given a fair opportunity to get Norma’s load moved in our normal time frames we would have been successful at the quoted price. Overwhelmingly our clients do not see our performance like Norma has portrayed it here, however on behalf of the staff and the owners we apologize that your experience wasn't a pleasant one with us.
